Your workspace

An AI workspace that starts with what needs your attention.

GearHead opens to a configurable operational Dashboard, with conversation always ready underneath. See the work, ask naturally, and open the right panel without leaving the workspace.

Dashboard & Workspace

A blank prompt asks you to remember what the AI can do. GearHead starts by showing the work already around you: priorities, messages, dates, tasks, files, routines, research, and project context. The Dashboard is also a fresh conversation, so you can act on anything you see without moving to another product or creating a separate workflow.

What it does for you

The Dashboard makes GearHead's working context visible without turning the product into a wall of disconnected mini-apps.

Operational briefing

A bounded briefing and live modules surface priorities, recent activity, connected work, files, schedules, and completed results before you have to ask.

Configurable starting views

Choose Basic, Simple Updates, Keep Me on Time, or I Am Here to Work, then tune modules, density, greeting presentation, columns, and device behavior.

Chat stays the control layer

Every Dashboard view keeps the normal composer available. Ask about a card, make a compound request, or begin a completely new task from the same workspace.

Persistent tool panels

Open files, projects, connected tools, account settings, and other supported work surfaces in side panels while keeping the conversation in view.

Quick Actions and Prompt Library

Start common work from visible actions, or open the Prompt Library from the Dashboard, focused New Chat, or the composer + menu when you need a better starting point.

One fresh-thread owner

Dashboard and focused New Chat are two intentional presentations of the same unsaved conversation state. Your first submitted message creates the same normal thread.

Who's using Dashboard & Workspace

Owner

Walk into a prepared morning briefing

See priorities, messages, dates, files, and recent activity first, then ask GearHead to handle the follow-up work from the same screen.

Solo Professional

Keep client work organized without a team

Use a private project workspace, client context, notes, files, conversations, and time tracking without collaboration controls crowding the experience.

Teams

Give everyone the same operational picture

Shared projects, conversations, files, documents, connections, and organization memory keep authorized members working from the same current context.
