Manage pages, articles, events, images, menus and search information from the interface or through conversation. Already have WordPress? Website Manager also supports connected WordPress sites, with controls appropriate to that connection.

An overview brings together pages, blog posts, events, media and form submissions. See upcoming content and recent activity without guessing what GearHead has done.
Pages, articles & events
Create and edit content, change publication status and manage publication dates. Search and sort lists, then open a record to make a focused change.
AI drafts with your direction
Describe a page, article or event and ask GearHead to prepare it. Review the draft, refine it and publish when ready. Connected standalone editors offer generation tools too.
A publishing schedule
Plan recurring blog content around your audience, trusted sources, frequency and timezone. Keep drafts for review or explicitly authorize automatic publishing; pause a schedule when your needs change.
Images where you need them
Upload images through the media library and select them in pages and articles. Supported AI image workflows can add artwork to the site’s media collection.
Navigation with hierarchy
Organize pages under menu categories, change their order and move items between parents. Ask GearHead for a change or edit the menu directly.
SEO you can work on
Review and edit supported titles, descriptions, sharing images and indexing settings. The standalone admin adds site-level search and business information controls. Ask GearHead to help review the content; rankings are never guaranteed.
Inquiries, spam & leads
Review form submissions, mark spam and choose optional connected screening. Enable lead capture to send eligible inquiries to Lead Tracker with their website source.
A standalone admin you keep
Edit your website directly without an active AI connection. If your GearHead subscription ends, connected AI features stop; ordinary site administration remains available on your installed site.

A few useful details
What happens if I cancel GearHead?
Connected AI generation and AI publishing automation stop. Your installed GH Sites admin continues to support manual content management. Hosting, domain and support arrangements follow your site agreement; this is not a promise of free hosting after cancellation.
Can articles publish without my review?
Yes, when you explicitly authorize automatic publishing for a supported recurring schedule. You choose the objective, timing and trusted sources. Draft-only review is also available. Recurring AI publishing requires an active eligible connection and configured publishing services.
Is WordPress the same as GH Sites?
No. WordPress stays on WordPress and uses its supported connection. GH Sites has its own standalone admin and integrated content, navigation, SEO and form controls. Available actions depend on the site type and connection.
Can I use my own website design?
GH Sites supports custom themes as well as starter designs. Media Mechanic is an example. Our team handles installation and connection; the finished content can then be managed in the site admin and GearHead.
Can I ask for local service pages?
You can ask GearHead to help create localized drafts from your existing material. Give it real service-area details and review each page for accuracy and usefulness. Changing a city name alone is not a meaningful local page.
