A short question or chat
Very little context goes in and a brief answer comes back. Like coasting, the fuel gauge barely moves.
GearHead works for your business and your life, two distinct products, one platform. Pick the path that fits, then add only what you need.

Annual pricing is shown first. Monthly billing remains available.
Token-priced AI is difficult to forecast because the meter measures text and context, not completed work. A low subscription badge may cover chat while API, premium, or specialized usage follows a separate meter. That matters most when you begin using AI for serious work.
Very little context goes in and a brief answer comes back. Like coasting, the fuel gauge barely moves.
Ordinary business work carries more context and output. Usage is steady, but the meter is still moving.
Reading, comparing, reasoning across, and reporting on large documents can consume dramatically more tokens—even though it is still one business task.
GearHead does not place a token counter, session cap, or weekly message meter on included-model chat—including the speed and thinking choices eligible for your plan. Regular plan tools remain subject to their stated allowances and normal fair-use boundaries.
Use account-eligible premium models inside the same GearHead thread. Each has a published registry weight, and a successful exchange counts by that fixed weight—not by the raw length of its prompt and answer—so the same model does not silently become more expensive because the task was complex.
Document Reviews, media generation, Routines, Market Intelligence, and Phone Agent capacity use visible included allowances, page bands, packs, or monthly tiers instead of an invisible token invoice.
Context-window limits, configured model weights, tool allowances, storage, safety controls, fair use, and upstream provider availability still apply. The exact current allowance and price is shown before purchase and in Billing.
Pro and Teams include useful monthly allowances for selected capabilities. Phone Agent and Pro premium-model access begin as optional add-ons; upgrade only the areas where you need more capacity.
AI answers your business line, books appointments, takes detailed messages, and handles routine calls. Plus email, voicemail, text, and Slack.

Four real jobs—not an unexplained token example.
Realistic starting point: each job begins inside a working thread that already contains about 25,000 tokens. About 20,000 of those tokens can be reused. That is an established conversation—not a blank chat and not an enormous project thread.
Read the text and visuals, check the logic, flag concerns, and return a useful review.
Plan, draft, and polish a substantial email rather than producing a short reply.
Read the agreement, identify risky or unclear clauses, and produce an organized review.
Search 10–15 sites, compare recipes, then organize ingredients, amounts, instructions, days, and reminders.
A client document review produced about 200K input tokens before the model completed its analysis and response.
About $4–$6 in raw premium-model usage for one review.
The monthly figure repeats that same workload for 20 workdays.
Lower figures assume the reusable thread context is still cached; higher figures assume that prefix must be written back to cache at the start. The estimates include high/Max reasoning, normal repeated context, and the stated searches; the research inputs are totals across several search and reading passes, not one giant prompt. These are raw API estimates, not a promise of the exact overage invoice a hosted subscription will produce. Regional processing, unusually dense files, larger threads, retries, or additional tool passes can cost more. Rates verified 2026-09-11. Monthly costs below are paid annually. Standard annual billing gives you two months free; the current Personal offer is already $10/month either way. Figures are rounded separately to whole dollars; totals use the exact annual prices.

No provider publishes a trustworthy “average worker overage.” These are transparent examples from one real, intensive GearHead development workload.
$12–$19 per Extra High coding answer involving several files and thousands of lines of code.

Competitor prices and limits checked September 11, 2026 against the linked provider pages. Products are not identical, and provider prices, limits, models, and terms can change. GearHead's no-cap statements describe GearHead-imposed count or session caps on eligible included use; normal fair-use, safety, storage, file-size, context-window, and upstream availability boundaries still apply. Premium models, Phone Agent, media, and selected metered tools use the published finite allowances shown on this page. Product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
GearHead Personal ($15 standard) provides multiple AI providers, all eight personas, full customization, memory, and practical everyday tools for one person. GearHead Pro ($29) adds professional operations: clients, projects, specialty tools, integrations, and business workflows.
ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini are strong general AI products. GearHead's value is that one account gives you models from several providers, persistent GearHead memory, eight working personas, complete visual and personality customization, and preassembled everyday tools without making you build the assistant yourself.
GearHead does not impose a session, weekly, or monthly message counter or meter included-model use by tokens. The model's registered context window still limits how much can fit in one request, and normal fair-use, safety, abuse-prevention, and upstream provider-availability controls still apply. Premium-model usage is separate and counted as finite weighted messages, not tokens.
Active Personal, Pro, and Teams users receive a personal invite link. The new customer gets one user or seat-month at the plan they choose. After their first successful paid invoice, the referring account earns the lower of its own monthly user/seat value and the new customer's. Teams rewards cover one seat, not the whole company, and annual signups still use one monthly value.
The Teams plan unlocks shared memory, role-based permissions, and team coaching features that only make sense with multiple people. If you're working solo, Pro is the right fit. It is not a downgrade, it is a different tool. When you bring on partners or staff, that's when Teams pays for itself.
Pro and Teams include plan-specific allowances for Market Intelligence, Routines, Document Reviews, and image/video generation. Teams also includes 200 weighted premium-model messages per account. Pro premium-model access and Phone Agent service are optional from the start. The exact allowance and upgrade price is shown above and in Billing.
Yes, anytime. Upgrade, downgrade, add seats, change add-ons. Changes are prorated, and there are no annual commitments unless you choose annual billing for the discount.

You can also request a demo before choosing a business plan.
