Run Operations

Your whole money picture, one conversation.

Stripe, QuickBooks, PayPal, and Square in a single view. Ask about balances, invoices, and payouts in plain language, work through a Finance Attention list of items that need a decision, and know that every answer comes from your actual provider data.

Finance Desk

Your money lives in four different dashboards with four different logins. Finance Desk pulls them into one conversation: balances, invoices, payouts, and charges across Stripe, QuickBooks, PayPal, and Square. Ask in plain language, get answers grounded in live provider data, and review a Finance Attention list of the items actually waiting on you. And when it comes to money, GearHead does not guess: financial actions are off by default, granted person by person, confirmed before they run, and verified with the provider before GearHead says they are done.

What it does for you

What Finance Desk actually does.

Four providers, one view

Connect Stripe, QuickBooks, PayPal, and Square. Finance Desk brings balances, invoices, payouts, and recent activity together so you stop tab-hopping between dashboards to answer one question.

Ask about money in plain language

"What is my Stripe balance?" "Which invoices are overdue?" "When is the next Square payout?" No report builder, no export-to-spreadsheet ritual. Ask the question, get the answer with the numbers behind it.

The Finance Attention list

A running list of items that need a human decision: overdue invoices, failed charges, unusual activity, payouts worth a look. Work the list in conversation instead of discovering problems at month end.

Actions are off by default

Reading your numbers is one thing. Touching them is another. Financial actions start disabled for everyone. The account owner grants specific actions to specific people, and nothing outside those grants can run.

Confirm before anything runs

Every granted action is staged first: you see exactly what will happen, to which record, for how much. Nothing executes until you confirm it. There is no "GearHead did something to my books" surprise.

Verified with the provider

After an action runs, GearHead checks the result with Stripe, QuickBooks, PayPal, or Square before reporting success. If the provider does not confirm it, GearHead tells you that instead. GearHead proves it did the work.

How it works

From setup to running in minutes

1

Connect your providers

Link Stripe, QuickBooks, PayPal, and Square from the Finance Desk panel. Connect one or all four, read access only to start.

2

Ask your money questions

"How did we do last week?" "What is outstanding from the Henderson account?" "Any failed charges I should know about?" Answers come from live provider data.

3

Work the Attention list

Open Finance Attention to see what needs a decision: overdue invoices, failed payments, items worth a second look. Handle each one in conversation.

4

Grant actions when you are ready

The account owner grants specific financial actions to specific people. Each action is staged, confirmed by you, executed once, and verified with the provider.

Real-world examples

Who's using Finance Desk

Business Owner

The two-minute morning money check

Instead of logging into four dashboards, one question over coffee: "How is the money this morning?" GearHead reports balances, yesterday's activity, upcoming payouts, and anything on the Attention list.

Agency

Chasing overdue invoices without the spreadsheet

Ask "which invoices are more than two weeks overdue?" and get the list with amounts and clients. Then have GearHead draft the follow-up emails, grounded in the actual invoice data.

Bookkeeper

Reconciliation prep in conversation

Before month-end close, ask for failed charges, refunds, and payout discrepancies across providers. What used to be an hour of export-and-compare becomes a five-minute conversation.

Contractor

Cash flow answers on the job site

Standing in a supply house deciding on a materials order? Ask "what is landing in the bank this week?" and get payout timing across Square and Stripe before you commit.

Stop tab-hopping. Ask your money a question.

Book a walkthrough and we will connect a sandbox provider live, run real questions, and show you exactly how granted actions are staged, confirmed, and verified.
